Thank you for choosing the Red Hut. We hope you will come back to relax, unwind and get away from it all. To ensure that your rest is not disturbed, we invite you to read some important points of our internal rules!
Only individuals or groups who have registered in advance are allowed to stay in the Red Hut.
You must agree by phone to collect the keys before your arrival and return them at the time of your departure. Check-in: between 14:00 and 18:00 – 3200 Gyöngyös, Bethlen Gábor utca 7. Check-out: until 10:00 a.m. on the last day of the reservation.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building, only in designated areas. It is also FORBIDDEN to use candles, candles or kerosene lamps.
The announced fire bans must be strictly adhered to due to the forest environment! Information is available on the katasztrofavedelem.hu website.
For the cleanliness of the house, please take off and store your boots in the hallway. Guests must provide their own spare shoes and slippers.
Beds are equipped with blankets, pillows, and 1-1 sheets. Guests are requested to bring their own sleeping bags for extra beds and mattresses used in the summer.
The tiled stove is reserved for people over 18 years of age and of legal age. Ventilation is mandatory after lighting and feeding the fire. If smoke occurs inside the building, make sure that there is no fire, open windows and doors, and leave the building until it is ventilated. In the event of a fire in a building other than a chimney, leave the building immediately. We ask our guests to save firewood. Putting more wood in the fireplace after the stove has reached its optimal temperature is unnecessary and can be life-threatening!
When you leave the house for a long time, please close the doors, windows and shutters!
In case of bodily injury or property damage, call the emergency number 112, the ambulance (104) and the operator (+36 (20) 995 1600).
WASTE PRODUCED BY GUESTS SHOULD BE DISPOSED OF IN THE OUTDOOR GARBAGE STOOL AT THE TIME OF SERVICE!
If you would like to rent the chalet for an event, please let us know in advance.
Cleaning equipment is available in the house. Please clean the rooms before leaving, leave them clean and wash plates, dishes and cutlery.
If something is broken or damaged, please report it and pay the price.
Only make a fire in the open air in the fireplaces provided for this purpose!
Do not dispose of waste in the outdoor pit latrine or septic tank. Especially tampons, intimate pads, and large amounts of toilet paper. We ask our guests to keep this in mind in the spirit of sustainability.
Any damage or injury resulting from non-compliance with the rules is the responsibility of the customer. The operator assumes no responsibility for items left in the house of keys. Guests under the age of 18 can only stay in the House if accompanied by someone over the age of 18.
